JTPM was set up in 2010 to provide software development project management consultancy services, and has since been helping organisations build all kinds of digital services – from Mobile Policing Applications for South Yorkshire Police, to the creation of the PRESS Portal for GP’s across Sheffield, to helping with the creation of the GOV.UK platform.

Our background is in software development – typically large, enterprise scale software systems for large corporate clients, and our coaches have worked with organisations including Shell, BP, GSK, BT and AT&T to name but a few.

More recently, we’ve been part of the GDS Academy team designing and delivering agile training to hundreds of civil servants across government.

We’re based in Sheffield and in 2015 we set up the Agile Sheffield Meetup group.  At our first meetup event we had 9 members attend and we spent the evening discussing the intent of the manifesto.  We’ve grown to over 750 members with a regular attendance of 50 members.  We hear from speakers from across the agile community, and not just from the UK.

We believe that we can all benefit from sharing knowledge and regularly run events at Agile Sheffield and our coaches speak at conferences across the UK.  You can find out more about Agile Sheffield, or maybe even sign-up and come along to one of the events by clicking on this link.
